Even though a lot of private players have entered the Telecom sector recently, BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) is still the largest Land Line service provider in Kerala. BSNL had launched online bill payment long time ago, but still many are unaware of this and resort to payment of bill through post offices or BSNL offices by queuing up.
